Paytm Debit Card

Paytm debit card is similar to debit/atm cards issued by leading banks. When a user opens Paytm Savings Bank account, a free digital debit card is activated. However, the user can also apply for physical card anytime. The ATM Card issuance charges are Rs. 125. Paytm Debit card can be used at all online stores that accept Rupay cards. Note: Paytm Debit card is only for Paytm Payments Bank Users. You need to open a savings bank with Paytm to be eligible for the debit card.

How to Order Paytm Debit Card

It is very simple to order Paytm Debit card. All savings account holders of the payments bank can get Rupay Debit/ATM card. You can order your card from Paytm app in few simple steps. However, you have to pay card issuance charges. Once your order is placed, your Paytm card will be delivered to your selected address within two weeks. Here’s how to order your Paytm Debit card:

  • Open Paytm app.

  • Log in to your account.

  • Click on bank icon at the bottom.

  • Enter your Paytm Passcode.

  • Scroll down to Debit & ATM Card.

  • Tap on the request card.

  • Select delivery address & Proceed to Pay Rs 125.

  • Complete your payment to doorstep delivery of Paytm Debit card

Before ordering your Paytm debit card have a look at rates & charges. The debit card issuance charges are Rs 125. Additionally, the annual subscription charges for Paytm Physical debit card are Rs 100. In case of loss of card, a replacement fee of Rs 125 will be charged.

How to Use Paytm Debit Card

The debit card of Paytm is similar to cards issued by other leading banks in India. The Rupay card can be used for online transactions, cash withdrawal, and at POS machines. The procedure to use Paytm Card is similar to that of other bank cards. For cash withdrawal, you have to swipe the card at any ATM machine and enter the amount and your pin. Similarly, you can use the card for POS transactions. For online transaction, you have to select Rupay card as the mode of payment and enter your details like card number, CVV, and expiry date.

How to Block/Unblock Your Paytm Debit Card

In case of loss of your card, you can block or unblock the card in the tap of a button. The option is available on Paytm App. You can even block the card for online transactions. This feature gives added security to your account. Here’s how to block/unblock Paytm Debit Card.

  • Open Paytm App

  • Tap On Bank Icon at the footer

  • Scroll to Debit & ATM Card Section

  • Turn your Debit card Active or inactive

  • Enter Paytm passcode to block/unblock your card

Note: Paytm Passcode is different from your Paytm Wallet password. It is a four digit code to provide added security to Paytm Payments Bank Users.
