Another new delivery kitchen in town...the Firangi bake. Recently a new outlet opened nearby and our hungry stomach could not resist. This is our take on Firangi bake. Minced Chicken Lasagne: Layers of pasta sheets and minced chicken gravy along with oodles of liquid melting cheese all packed under a final hardened layer of torched cheese. Truly the moment you cut into the outer layer...melted cheese starts busting out. The flavours too were upto the mark. Tandoori Kukkad Pot rice: Layer of boneless chicken gravy topped with biryani rice and again oddles of melted liquid cheese all packed up under a layer of torched cheese on the top. This tasted more like Chicken biryani boneless with cheese.
