  Offer Validation:-

  • Cashback Offer is valid only on UPI transactions
  • Offer Validity – 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st April 2019
  • Customer who will make their hotel bookings through UPI mode of payments will be eligible to get Rs.50 cashback during the promotion period.
  • One customer can avail discount only once during the offer period
  • Cashback will be processed by OYO to customer’s account by 7th May 2019.
  • Cashback will be cancelled in case of full refunds or cancellation of bookings to be made.
  • Oyo customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a ‘best effort’ basis
  • In partial refund cases, cashback will be rolled back in the same proportionate amount
  • This offer is non-encash able, not extendable and non-negotiable.
  • Cashback will be offered to those customers who pay minimum Rs.200 using UPI. Cashback will not be applicable for customers making complete or partial payment through any other payment wallet
  • Cashback will be offered to only those customers who make the booking during the offer period and where check-in date would be in between 18th to 24th April 2019."
  • All queries with regards to the Cashback Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 90 days from the offer end date – post which Oyo is not liable for any cashback postings
