MyJio app and Jio website are the only ways for the Jio Fiber online recharge. I followed the MyJio app process, but you can follow any of these two. See both methods given below-

Method 1: My Jio App

  • The first step is to download the MyJio app on your device.

  • Open MyJio app with your Jio Fiber service ID or RMN and OTP.

  • The next step is to click on the Recharge option.

  • Tap on any JIO Fiber plan of your choice. 

  • The final step is to click on the Buy option.

Method 2: Jio.com

  • Search www.jio.com and log in with your credentials.

  • At the top right corner, click on the “Recharge”.

  • Now, the next step is to select Jio Fiber.

  • It will ask you to enter your Service ID or RMN.

  • Click on the Submit button. 

  • It will now show you a Jio Fiber plan list.

  • Select any plan of your choice and click on Buy.
