Emergency movie is a historical political drama based on the 1975 emergency. This movie showcases the one decision of then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi that altered the course of Indian history. It also portrays the challenges the nation and its leaders face and how they overcome them together to form a stronger nation.           

Emergency Release Date

The creators of Emergency, which stars and is directed by Kangana Ranaut, said on Saturday that it will open in cinemas on November 24. Ranaut plays former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the political drama. It centres on Gandhi's declaration of an internal emergency that lasted 21 months in India, from 1975 to 1977. Ranaut directed the film Emergency, which she co-produced with Renu Pitti. Ritesh Shah wrote the script based on a "story" written by Ranaut.
