In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you can initiate its return by emailing your problem to help@chumbak.in you have to send the mail within 48 hours of delivery. Except for Furniture and innerwear/swimwear, all the items are eligible for return.  The product that you are returning should be in its original packing, unused and unwashed. If the product does not match the eligibility criteria it won’t get returned and no amount will be reimbursed. Also, there should be original price tags attached to it. The return would take place with 20 days of dispatch date.
